1. Where are services delivered?

Face-to-face

At your workplace or in meeting rooms you hire for this purpose.

Online

Using Zoom or whichever platform your organisation prefers.

Hybrid

Part of your team in the same room and part online.

Our programs are delivered in partnership with local Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) or directly at an employer’s premises.

Most programs are offered in a hybrid format, beginning with an introductory session that provides graduates or staff with an overview of the Resilient Carer Initiative/Program. This ensures participants understand what’s involved and how to gain the greatest benefit from completing it.

2. What is the difference between the Resilient Carer Initiative and the Resilient Carer Program?

  • The Resilient Carer Initiative is designed for ease of implementation with minimal time commitment (approx. 1.5 hours).
  • Includes completion of the resilience assessment and a one-on-one Building Resilience Coaching Session (delivered via Zoom or face-to-face).

Each carer identifies their most effective resilience strategies and develops a personalised Resiliency Action Plan to move forward with.

The Resilient Carer Program

Delivered as a comprehensive Wellness Program, typically running across the year.

  • Begins with a presentation and assessment link, enabling carers to identify their top 2–3 areas for resilience development.
  • Includes a series of workshops covering the seven components of the Resilient Carer framework.
  • Participants complete their Individual Building Resilience Plan as they progress through the sessions.

Organisations can incorporate The Resilient Workforce Advantage into staff appraisals and promote the use of the framework building an open and transparent culture where individuals, team and leadership uphold and program to foster a positive, resilient workforce.

3. How can I ensure new graduates have completed the Resilient Carer Initiative?

4. Can self-employed or unpaid carers participate?

Yes. Self-employed and unpaid carers are welcome. Please contact Lisa Richardson directly on 1300 980 348or email lisa@templetraining.au to discuss available options.

5. How many participants can we have at the workshop?

We aim for 18–25 participants for in-person workshops. For online sessions focused on a particular framework component, we prefer 10–12 team members since engagement tends to decrease beyond that number.

6. How experienced are Temple Training’s facilitators?

All facilitators are accredited Resilience At Work (R@W) Practitioners and have either been coaches in other sectors or have specific experience in the area they are working (aged care, childcare or disability).

7. Will carers receive a certificate upon completion?

Yes. A Certificate of Completion is awarded once participants have finalised their Individual Resilience Plan.

8. Can employees arrange additional coaching sessions?

Yes. Employees may book further one-on-one coaching sessions directly by calling 1300 980 348 or emailing lisa@templetraining.au.

Organisations may also arrange additional coaching for staff members who would benefit from extra support.

9. What is the cost of delivering the Resilient Carer Program in-house?

Costs vary depending on the number of carers participating. Please contact us on 1300 980 348 for a tailored quote outlining the investment required for either the Resilient Carer Program or the Resilient Carer Initiative.
