It is widely recognised across care sectors that recruitment and retention challenges mean quality must be embedded in training, culture and leadership, not just compliance.
We offer three flexible ways to embed the Resilient Carer Initiative and Resilient Carer Program into your organisation. Each option is designed to strengthen resilience individual and build team cohesion, whilst aligning with your culture, policies, and sector standards.
We offer three flexible delivery options to suit your organisation:
The result: a healthier, more engaged, and resilient workforce—ready to deliver quality care with confidence.
1. Implement – The Resilient Carer Initiative - Partner with your local RTOs
We collaborate with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to prepare graduates before they enter placements.
Graduates complete:
Outcome: Work-ready graduates who arrive with practical resilience strategies, reducing early burnout and turnover.
2. Embed into Staff Inductions - Set the tone from day one
New staff are introduced to the Resilient Carer Initiative during induction, ensuring resilience is part of your organisational culture from the start.
New staff experience:
Outcome: Staff feel supported, aligned, and equipped to thrive in your workplace.
3. Implement The Resilient Carer Program
Organisations may choose to implement The Resilient Carer Program rather than generic corporate wellbeing services to provide carers with knowledge and skills to handle the challenges they face daily. This evidence-based program is grounded in science, refined through practice and delivered across the year via a range of workshops that align with the R@W Framework.
Staff members will complete their R@W Assessment online and receive their Resilience Action Plan to complete when attending specific workshops aligned to their areas for development.
Outcome: Organisations achieve workforce stability and improved ROI. By reducing burnout and turnover, the program lowers recruitment and training costs while strengthening service quality.
